Land work depends on ground and weather conditions. Scheduled start dates may shift for saturated ground, severe weather, or equipment safety. We communicate changes promptly.
Property Access & Boundaries
Customers are responsible for confirming property boundaries, securing necessary permissions, and disclosing known hazards (underground utilities, old fencing, wells, septic systems) before work begins.

The Heartland crest logo, site design, photography, and written content are the property of Heartland Land Management LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heartland Land Management LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Service-related terms are governed by your signed estimate agreement.
