Heartland Land Management LLC is an owner-operated crew based in Brookville, Ohio — clearing, mulching, and grading land across the tri-state the way we'd want our own family ground treated.
Good land deserves good work
Around here, land isn't an asset class — it's where families hunt, farm, build, and hand something down. We started Heartland Land Management because too many properties were losing that future to honeysuckle walls and overgrown fence lines, and too many contractors treated clearing like a demolition job.
We run modern forestry mulching equipment that works with the land instead of against it: one machine, one pass, and the vegetation goes back into the soil as mulch. No burn piles, no haul-off fees, no torn-up ground left behind.
When you call, you talk to the people who run the machines. We walk every property before we quote it and walk it again with you when the work is done.
