What projects usually run
Forestry Mulching
$1,500 – $3,000 / acre
Density is the biggest factor. Light brush clears at the low end; mature honeysuckle thickets and 6–8″ saplings price at the high end. Small jobs may carry a half-day minimum.
Land Clearing
$2,000 – $6,000 / acre
Full clearing with stump and debris handling. Pasture reclamation with light growth trends low; wooded lots being prepped for construction trend higher.
Vegetation Management
Quoted per visit or season
Recurring maintenance is priced by property and pressure. Most annual maintenance visits land well below the cost of a first-time clearing.
Excavating
Quoted per project
Grading, pads, and drainage are scoped on the walkthrough. Bundling excavation with clearing on the same mobilization saves a second trip charge.
Snow Removal
Custom quote by property and service level
Budget-friendly seasonal contracts provide a predetermined cost with monthly payments to offset unplanned winter expenses.
